Project Terms

All projects are subject to the following terms:

Scope of Work

The scope of work will be clearly defined in the contract or agreement. Any changes to the scope require written approval from both parties.

Timeline

The project timeline will be agreed upon in advance. Delays in providing required materials from the client may affect the timeline.

Delivery

The project will be delivered according to agreed specifications. The client has 7 days to review and approve the final delivery.

Payment Terms

All payments are subject to the following terms:

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and electronic payment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment Schedule

Payment is typically divided as follows:

• 50% advance upon contract signing
• 50% upon final project delivery

Late Payment

Late payment may result in suspension of work on the project. A late fee of 2% per month applies to overdue amounts.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are protected according to applicable laws:

Our Rights

We retain all rights to our creative works and development tools. The client receives a limited license to use the completed work.

Client Rights

After full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the completed work. These rights cannot be transferred to third parties without written consent.

Provided Materials

The client warrants that all provided materials do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

Client Responsibilities

The client is obligated to the following responsibilities:

Providing Information

The client must provide all required information and materials on time. Delays may affect the project timeline.

Review and Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing all deliverables and approving them on time. Delays in review may affect costs.

Cooperation

We expect full cooperation from the client to ensure project success.

Revisions & Changes

We provide a limited number of free revisions:

Free Revisions

We offer 3 free revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Major Changes

Major changes to the scope of work require contract modification and may affect cost and timeline.

Revision Approval

All revisions require written approval from the client before implementation.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client information confidentiality:

Information Protection

All information provided by the client is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality Commitment

All our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements. We use the latest technologies to protect data.

Exceptions

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide limited warranties on our services:

Quality Warranty

We warrant that the completed work meets agreed specifications. We provide a 30-day warranty on programming errors.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits. Liability is limited to the project value.

Limited Warranties

All other warranties are expressly excluded unless stated otherwise in the contract.

Termination & Cancellation

The project can be terminated in the following cases:

Termination by Us

We may terminate the project if the client fails to comply with terms or delays payment for more than 30 days.

Termination by Client

The client may terminate the project with 7 days written notice. All accumulated costs will be paid.

Refunds

In case of early termination, paid amounts will be refunded minus the value of completed work.

Digital Products

All digital products are subject to the following terms:

Usage License

We provide a limited license to use digital products. They cannot be redistributed or sold.

Updates

We provide free updates for one year from the purchase date. Additional updates may incur charges.

Technical Support

We provide free technical support for 3 months from the purchase date.
